To spend the money in your Via Money eccount, simply use your MasterCard® Prepaid Card. Enjoy the freedom to shop at millions of locations worldwide, including high street stores, online, by phone and by mail order.

When you use your Via Money Card to make purchases it’s important to remember the following:-

  • Cardholder’s Name

    If you’re asked this, use the name printed on your Via Money Prepaid Card.

  • Address

    The billing address that you must use when shopping online is the same address that you provided to us when you registered your Via Money eccount. authorised users must provide the address registered by the main eccount holder.

  • Card Type

    Your card is a prepaid MasterCard®.

  • Issue number

    There is no issue number on your Via Money Card.

  • Valid Dates

    The start and expiry dates are on the front of your Via Money Card.

  • 3 Digit security code or CV2 Number

    The CV2 number is the last three digits printed on the signature strip on the reverse of the Via Money Prepaid Card.
