It’s so easy to Top-up your Via Money eccount:
- Electronically by bank transfer.
You can Top-up by bank transfer (FREE).or online by using your credit/debit card (3% fee). To Top-up online, simply log-in and choose 'Move Funds'.
- Electronically using your credit or debit card.
To Top-up using your credit/debit card, log-in to your eccount and select the Top-up tab then Top up eccount. You must register your credit/debit card with us before attempting to Top-up.
- Have your wages/salary paid directly into your eccount.
Having your salary paid directly into your eccount is a convenient way to Top-up. Call Customer Care and they will send you a simple form by email which you should complete and hand to your employer. This form can also be downloaded online, simply log-in to your eccount.
Top-up alerts
You can register for alerts by email (FREE) or text (8p) whenever cleared money is loaded into your eccount.
