Required details

Before activating your Via Money eccount, please make sure that you have the following details available:-

(Call customer care for other acceptable forms of identity if you do not have any of these).

Either:

  • TWO of the following THREE registered in your name:

    • Home telephone number.
    • Driving licence number.
    • Registration on the Electoral Roll.

Or:

  • Send a scanned black and white copy or photocopy of the photo page of your passport.
  • Name, address and date of birth details of additional Via Money Cardholders if applicable.
